We’re excited to be finalists for ‘External Learning Solution of the Year’ in the prestigious Learning and Performance Institute’s Learning Awards!

According to the LPI:

“The External Learning Solution of the Year Award is presented to a learning provider that has undertaken a major learning and development project for a client that is innovative in concept, and has produced demonstrable performance improvement and business impact for the client as well as evidence of value for money.

“In particular, the team has demonstrated evidence of innovation, business impact over time and client satisfaction, and a strong proposition in response to the challenge ‘what was your contribution and value-add to the success of the project(s)’?”

We’re shortlisted alongside our partners FTSE100 business Halma plc for our work in powering HalmaHub – a collaborative learning community at the heart of their growth strategy.

As the foundation of HalmaHub, Hive Learning’s mobile-first learning experience platform is designed to be social from the outset with powerful nudges, notifications and personalisation to turn learning and collaboration into daily routine. We support Halma in their mission to propel business growth by creating an innovation mindset, driving employee engagement and creating a platform for every day collaboration.

Halma and Hive Learning were also shortlisted together for ‘Best use of social and collaborative technology’ at the Learning Technologies Awards earlier this year (winners announced 21st November – watch this space).

As a true mark of the tangible impact that collaborative learning has had for Halma, Halma CEO Andrew Williams described HalmaHub as a tool that is helping Halma ‘accelerate the pace of change at every level of the organisation’ at their annual results presentation earlier this year.

Halma’s innovative approach to driving an open and agile culture of shared learning is truly the secret sauce to innovation – proving that empowering and connecting employees drives growth.

The results for the Learning Awards will be announced on the 7th February 2019.
