11 September, London / New York: Hive Learning — the peer learning platform that radically accelerates innovation, collaboration and inclusion — has been shortlisted in the Business Culture Awards and the Learning Technologies Awards for their innovative approaches to developing learning cultures.
At the prestigious Learning Technologies Awards, Hive Learning is shortlisted for:
- Learning Technologies Learning Organisation of the Year — An award that identifies learning organisations that have achieved exceptional and demonstrable results for their customers, recognising Hive Learning’s NPS score of 52 and +90% client retention rate.
- Excellence in the Design of Learning Content: commercial sector, International — for Inclusion Works, the world’s first digital toolkit for building inclusive culture that Hive Learning spent the last year developing. 95% of Inclusion Works users learned practical actions they could apply in their role and the toolkit also drove a +46% increase in learners taking action against bias.
The Learning Technologies Awards recognise the commitment, enthusiasm and passion for learning technologies across the world. Finalists were selected by their independent judging panel of 56 digital learning experts.
The winners will be announced on the 27th November in a ceremony at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel, London.
At the Business Culture Awards, Hive Learning and their client partners are shortlisted for:
- Best Learning Initiative for Business Culture — For Hive Learning’s work to create a culture of peer learning digitally with a major commercial banking client.
- Best Use of Innovation for Business Culture with the FTSE100 lifesaving technology group, Halma plc, for their work on HalmaHub — an enterprise-wide learning network that Halma CEO Andrew Williams describes as accelerating the pace of change between Halma’s 50 companies.
The Business Culture Awards gives forward-thinking organisations a way to celebrate work which sets up their employees to succeed — recognising how their people’s employment experience is fundamental to business performance.
The winners will be announced on the 14th November in a ceremony at the Royal Garden Hotel, London.
Hive Learning CEO Angus McCarey comments:
“We’re delighted to be shortlisted for these awards which are a great recognition of the brilliant work our clients do. At Hive Learning, we really believe that the technology is only as good as the team driving it, and the results that the digital teams at Halma and Barclays see are a testament to their innovative approaches.
“We’re proud to be shortlisted alongside some tough competition and we’re looking forward to seeing what the results hold for us in November!”
