The CARE app is a new dedicated tool to support the adult social care workforce in England on-the-go through the coronavirus pandemic.
The app is a single one-stop-shop giving you access to all of the latest guidance, wellbeing support and advice you need to protect yourself from COVID-19 and keep yourself well.
It provides you with access to learning resources on crucial areas such as infection control, and practical advice and support on mental wellbeing.
You’ll also be able to find out how to take advantage of offers available to NHS and social care staff, including free car parking and discounts through organisations and initiatives like Discounts for Carers and the Blue Light Card.
Plus, the app will point you to free apps like Silvercloud, Daylight and Sleepio which can help boost users’ mental wellbeing through programmes covering sleep, stress and resilience.
