Press release: Hive Learning launch Inclusion Works podcast for D&I leaders struggling to put inclusion into action

London / New York, 23rd January 2019: Today sees the launch of Inclusion Works – a new podcast from Hive Learning designed to share actionable advice for leaders responsible for building inclusive cultures at work and in the community.

In 2018, 78% of companies prioritised diversity to improve culture and 62% put D&I at the top of their change agenda with the goal of boosting financial performance (>LinkedIn Global Trends 2018). That’s why in 2018, Hive Learning built Kaleidoscope – a mobile toolkit designed to help people be more inclusive every day.

Throughout the year, the award-winning digital partner spoke to 100s of organisations striving to build a more inclusive culture and curated the most practical, actionable inclusion strategies from over 700 leading sources.

What became clear was that much of the advice on inclusion that exists today doesn’t always have the practical focus that would help Chief Diversity Officers and Talent Leaders help their people put change into action straight away.

That’s why Hive Learning launched the Inclusion Works podcast. Inclusion Works sees Hive Learning Content Director and Head of Diversity and Inclusion Practice, Fiona Young, interview D&I leaders to share the most practical advice on building inclusive culture.

Interviews feature Asif Sadiq MBE – Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at The Telegraph; Sue Unerman and Kathryn Jacob – Authors of The Glass Wall; Sonja Gittens – Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Asana; and many more.
