2020 has thrown leadership into a state of flux.
Employers are suddenly being asked to manage the mental health of their employees, tackle personal burnout, manage a remote workforce, build psychological safety, foster inclusion, operate with agility, and bring their teams with them on the journey.
And while some organizations have rushed to support their leaders through these uncertain times, others have cancelled or postponed leadership development programs altogether.
So we’re setting out to answer to do two things:
