Checking in During Times of Crisis

When the news gets heavy,  the world can sometimes seem to get smaller.  No matter where you are in the world or what your starting point is, these events can cut to the heart of the human experience, and weigh heavily on our hearts and minds.

And it’s worth bearing in mind that world events affect people differently – everyone goes through a million different experiences that shape the way they might respond to a crisis in the headlines (or not).

This week, we’ve observed that the invasion of Ukraine and the ongoing conflict has left a lot of people struggling.  And we know that we can each make a big impact on those around us by supporting one another – by reaching out with empathy and compassion.

That’s why we wanted to publish these free resources to give people a guide on how to check in with your teammates and provide support in times of crises.

To anyone who is struggling right now, our thoughts are with you, and we wish you safety and peace.
